A Kincaid’s burger is made with the finest and freshest ingredients possible.  The most important element of a Kincaid’s hamburger is the beef.  We use the very best fresh USDA natural choice Angus chuck available.  The natural beef is vegetarian fed, never feed lot fed.  Being natural, it is hormone, antibiotic, preservative and pesticide free.  Our beef is cut and ground fresh daily on site at each Kincaid’s location.  The beef is then weighed to 8 ounces and handmade into patties.  Our beef is never frozen before receipt or after it is made into patties.  Our burgers are then cooked to perfection on flat top griddles so our customers will enjoy a fresh, old-fashioned, juicy Kincaid’s hamburger.

A Kincaid’s hamburger is made with a one-half pound meat patty, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions.  Because Kincaid’s began as a grocery store we take pride in using fresh produce.  O. R. Gentry took vegetables from his produce rack and cut them fresh daily when preparing burgers for his customers.  We still do this the way O. R. did, using the freshest produce we can get.

At Kincaid’s we use whole head iceberg lettuce, vine-ripe tomatoes and whole yellow onions.  We slice our vegetables throughout the day as needed in order to retain their freshness and enhance the taste of our burgers.  We also use Ft. Worth’s original Mrs. Baird’s buns delivered fresh daily and Ft. Worth’s famous Best Maid pickles and condiments
